Collective Simple One-Way SSO Issue

At 11:15 AM CT (6:41 PM CET) we identified an issue within our authentication service that was affecting Simple One-Way SSO logins that occurred between 11:13 AM CT (6:13 PM CET) and 11:20 AM CT (6:20 PM CET). Users attempting to log in may have received errors when logging in, loading avatars, or loading customer logos. This issue has been resolved.
