Overview

On May 11th, we were alerted that there were delays in uploads and metadata changes appearing in search. Once alerted we were quickly able to identify the cause and resolve the issue.

Root Cause

A large amount of work sustained over the course of a few hours.

What we're doing?

We are continuing to work on large architectural changes to the impacted and supporting systems, and have implemented a number optimizations. Additional optimizations are underway to ensure stability and improve performance.
