Overview

On June 5th we were alerted to a delay in assets, metadata and categories appearing in search. We resolved the incident as quickly as possible by making a number of configuration updates. 

Root Cause

Our investigation found that an extremely large amount of work came in very quickly, which caused a backup to form.

What We're Doing?

We are continuing to work on improving the resiliency of the impacted system.
