Collective Simple One-Way SSO Issue

At 4:00 PM CT (UTC-5h) we identified an issue that affected Simple One-Way SSO users created between June 25, 2020, at 10:54 AM CT (UTC-5h) until June 29, 2020, at 6:00 PM CT (UTC-5h). These newly created user accounts were left in a broken state and may have experienced problems interacting with the Widen Collective where authentication is required. We've resolved this issue for all affected user accounts and implemented a fix to correct this issue for newly created users.
