Resolved

Between 2:50PM CT and 3:05PM CT, some users were unable to log into DAM. To resolve the issue and protect our systems, our team successfully performed a database failover and restarted dependent services. All systems have been fully restored, and we are actively investigating the root cause to prevent future occurrences.
